Thoughts From the President
The
2026
IABA
Tournament
is
in-the-books,
thanks
to
the
heroic
efforts
of
the
ground
crews
in
both
Watkins
and
Norway;
and
yes
the
Good
Lord
blessed
us
with
some
rain,
but
He
included
some beautiful weather to watch baseball.
The
boys
from
Watkins
put
on
their
hitting
shoes
and
in
3
games
would
scored
34
runs,
besting
their
arch
rival
Norway
8-4
in
the
championship
game...
both
teams
would
hit
3
home
runs
in
the
game,
but
-
MVP
-
Grayson
Kirsch’s
Grand
Slam
in
the
First
Inning
would
prove
to
be
the
difference.
We
want
to
thank
all
the
fans
that
came
out
to
cheer
their
favorite
teams
on
and
to
enjoy
some
ballpark
food
and
the
wonderful
“baseball
watching” weather.
We
hope
to
see
you
all
again
next
year
when
we
will
return
to
the
Tournament
starting
the
first
full weekend in August
